Durability and quality for a heavenly resort
These qualities were essential for the choice of materials that make up the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana hotel, located in the Dominican Republic.

When you have a star project to carry out, you don't want to gamble. Good foundations come from choosing quality products with reasonable delivery times.
This is what the industrial carpentry team at Martínez Otero thought: "we chose FINSA materials over other options because of the quality and delivery time." The project, a luxury resort in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), required "high efficiency and durability, which all FINSA products always provide," Martínez Otero explains.
Caneletto Walnut and Lissa Oak were chosen for the panelling throughout the resort, which comprises 750 high-standard rooms. The products combine different sizes and depths to achieve a restored oak grain, discreet, but with a silky touch and a contemporary sheen.
Another challenge that marked this project was logistics, which with the time for the works, made it even more demanding. "No doubt, we recommend working with suppliers that work hand-in-glove with your team to solve any problems that arise," explains Martínez Otero.
