We present all the solutions applied to coliving at REBUILD 2023

We participated for the second consecutive year as a Global partner of the national event with a stand made up entirely of our materials and through four talks at the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0.

Coliving is one of the shared spaces that is attracting the highest level of investment in Spain. In response to this trend, this year our presence at REBUILD (from March 28 to 30 at Ifema Madrid) will offer all the technical, decorative and structural solutions for this type of habitat. In addition, we repeat for the second consecutive year as a Global partner of the event and we will participate in five talks within the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0.

OUR NEW INTRODUCTIONS: 41 DESIGNS AND 5 SOLUTIONS IN WOOD
Finsa's stand at REBUILD 2023, made with Finsa's decorative solutions, represents a 1/1 scale coliving that includes the Savia brand as a specialist in solid wood and the Xilonor brand of CLT cross-laminated wood. The space has a reception with lockers, an agora-style shared area, a living room-kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a green façade and outdoor equipment.

The structure of this coliving is supported by cross-laminated timber (CLT) and a light framework finished with a Thermopine ventilated façade. The following five novelties are available at the stand, specially designed for this type of habitat, among which 41 new Finsa Design designs are presented:

  • On the façade, VP Modulo Thermopine, the industrialized façade system of plant modules and heat-treated wood, the result of a co-development between Savia and Verde Profilo, which facilitates the creation of vertical gardens.
  • Gradpanel Thermopine system, the result of the collaboration between Savia and Gradhermetic based on a 100x42 Thermopine profile that allows lattices to be designed throughout the building envelope.
  • On the floor, Finfloor Durable is presented, the innovative technology in laminate flooring that combines durability and sustainability under the European certificate of the Ecolabel ecological label. This novelty enables a 12x12 meter installation without expansion profiles in doorways. This addition is complemented by Finfloor Evolve Fado, which combines with the Studio collection of decorative elements to facilitate correlation with paneling, cabinets, doors or kitchen fronts.
  • Interior murals that integrate electrification, lighting and sensorization, a product co-developed between Finsa and Simon.
  • Modular industrialized outdoor furniture in solid Savia wood. Orixe is a solution that is in its first phase of commercialization as a result of a joint project with the Stone Designs studio.

WE ARE IN THE REBUILD INNOVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL AND IN THE NATIONAL CONGRESS OF ADVANCED ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION 4.0

In our desire to help advance the construction industry, we will present the working group of the REBUILD Innovation Advisory Council, which we have been promoters together with other entities such as Modelical, BAC Engineering Consulting Group, ISG Limited and the IACC.

In addition, we will take part in the following round tables of the technical congress, in which we will explain our proposals for the sector: industrialization, digitalization and sustainability. Take note so you don't miss any:
