All our solutions in wood applied to flex living at REBUILD 2024

Between 19 and 21 March we will be back at REBUILD, the national trade fair for innovation in building. We will do it as Global partner for the third consecutive year through a stand where you can see our technical, decorative and structural solutions in wood for flex living. In addition, we will be taking part in five talks at the National Congress on Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0, which is taking place as part of the event's programme.

FLEX LIVING, A BOOMING SEGMENT
Flex living is a sub-sector of living that groups together temporary housing solutions (coliving, serviced apartments and senior living) and which, together with student residences, is currently booming. According to the publication Observatorio Inmobiliario, it is estimated that by 2025 the stock in Spain will double compared to last year, reaching 20,000 beds.

A REAL 80M2 PROJECT WITH 6 INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Our stand, with a surface area of 80 m2 and located in the D424 area of Hall 9 of IFEMA, will represent a real project of a 1/1 scale coliving. In this design conceived by Stone Designs you can see shared spaces, a terrace and two flats.

The structure of this coliving in walls and exposed slab is supported by Xilonor cross-laminated timber (CLT). Ceilings, trusses and facades are made of solid wood from Savia, while the exterior jambs use the high-performance Infinite Tricoya board. There are also Gradpanel Thermopine solar control solutions by Gradhermetic, as well as VP Modulo Thermopine green façades by Verde Profilo. Finally, the outdoor area features Orixe furniture, a modular system for outdoor spaces.

In the indoor areas, different applications of Finsa Tech, Finsa Design and Finsa Process can be seen in the kitchen, panelling, furniture (desk, shoe rack, wardrobe, tables, headboard, lockers, booth) and structural framework. Finsa Flooring's Finfloor XL Vera, which won the Red Dot Design Award for best product design in 2023, is used for the flooring.

The following six new products specially designed for this type of habitat are on display at the stand:

-Fibrapan Bio, an innovation from Finsa that offers a sustainable and healthy solution with emissions equivalent to those of natural wood. It will be one of the materials that will compete for the Advanced Architecture Awards that will be presented during REBUILD 2024.

-New from Finsa Design: 2023 finishes, HPL and the Studio collection with two sides and fireproof quality.

-Xtrim worktop within the Finsa Process line.

-Matrix Clip profiles with Grad strip applied to both Savia walls and ceilings.

-Savia outdoor solutions: new Duplo profile.

-Verde Profilo Modulo Thermopine, Vp Modulo - ThermoPine system by Verde Profilo and Savia of plant-based modules and heat-treated wood, the result of a co-development between Savia and Verde Profilo, applied as an indoor solution.
