Caleta House

Located in Orihuela (Alicante), Casa Caleta is an apartment designed by architect David Ruiz Molina. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a large living room that integrates a kitchen, dining room and lounge, all connected to a terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The layout of the space and the maximization of the views from each room are the main axes of the project, seeking a clean and harmonious environment. To achieve this, the use of natural wood on walls has been chosen, in this case, Roble Hera decorative surface boards in a Sega finish.
